Summary:
The “HR Project Manager” will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL, reporting to the Senior Director / Regional HR Business Partner.
This role will be In charge planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Be a diligent, respectful, and caring steward
- Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.
- Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders as per established process.
- Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
- Defines resources (and resource allocation) and schedule for implementation.
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
- Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group.
- Performs team assessments and evaluations.

Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management experience.
- Typically requires 8+ years of PM experience, including supervision.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
- Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas, comprehension the strategic impact of the function across sites.
