Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Industrial Engineering Manager, Industrial Engineer role involves responsible for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.

What a typical day looks like:

• Time and motion validation.
• Flow validation.
• Capacity analysis.
• Improvement search.
• Layout management

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Industrial, electronics, or similar engineering.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
• Analytical skills.
• Capacity analysis.
• Teamwork.
• AutoCAD.
• Office, Project.
• Knowledge of facilities (different voltages, extraction, air conditioning, nitrogen).
• Flex SIM, Simulations (nice to have)
