To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Coordinator to our team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Material Coordinator will be in charge of various duties within the material function such as inventory control, material planning and distribution.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Coordinate material flow, inventory levels, and production requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Monitor shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory transactions while maintaining accurate records and system updates.

  • Analyze reports, inventory trends, cycle count results, and material usage data to identify issues and drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to prioritize materials, resolve shortages, and support customer commitments.

  • Maintain compliance with ISO procedures, material handling guidelines, and documentation requirements while supporting training and process standardization.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent experience with computer applications and administrative processes.

  • At least 2 years of experience in materials, inventory control, planning, warehousing, or a related supply chain function.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data entry systems.

  • Experience using ERP systems, inventory management software, and cycle count processes to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
