Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise shipping, receiving, and materials handling activities to ensure smooth warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accuracy of stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and logistics teams to meet production schedules and material requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain equipment used in shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and materials movement.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, including materials handling and inventory control.
