To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Materials Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management

What a typical day looks like:

• Assist with implementation of the site materials management policies and procedures
• · Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
• · Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
• · Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system

The experience we're looking to add to our team (required):

• Bachelors degree is a must.
• Responsible for several projects
• Manages staff, coordinates Production Planning Supervisors
• Inventory metrics
• Material validations against plant inventory
• Work orders
• Material picking
• Pickping methods, problem-solving
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with 4Qs (Quality, Quality, and Service)
