To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Engineer located in Juarez South.
The Product Engineer role involves Responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information / documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity.
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepare production plans. Monitor and track the production plan.
- Material bill creation.
- Material bill analysis.
- System configurations.
- Team leadership (technicians and engineers).
- Handle product transfer and new product set up.
- Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.
- Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.
- Solve product related problems and perform failure evaluation related to product issues.
- Interact with customers and various departments on product related issues
- Work with design team to resolve design related issues.
- Suggest modification to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure excellent quality of products.
. The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Engineering or Bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in interpreting and handling Bills of Materials.
- Knowledge of the electronics industry.
- Diagram interpretation.
- Knowledge of engineering change management.
- Experience implementing New Product Introductions (NPIs).
- Experience with Fabricated Ancillary Instruments (FAIs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
