Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations, Program Management Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Act as the primary interface with customers, managing communication, solving issues, building long-term relationships, and leading escalations when needed.
  • Serve as the central point of contact across multiple internal stakeholders, including internal Program Managers, Global Account Managers (GAMs), Operations, Quality, Finance, and Global IT teams.
  • Lead small to medium-sized programs/projects using cross-functional teams (CFTs) from initiation through execution and closure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Drive program planning activities, including timeline definition, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on scope, cost, timing, and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and present program reviews, financial updates, and status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Own program financial management
  • Close monitoring of cost, margin, and P&L performance
  • Actively participate in and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFTs) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with a clear and practical understanding of all P&L components.
  • Proven client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solid background in manufacturing.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken).
  • NPI experience is a strong plus, experience in project or product transfer highly valued.
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with strong financial and business focus

  • Strong understanding of internal manufacturing and operational processes.
