To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Auditor located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Reporting to the Quality Engineer, the Quality Auditor role involves reviewing, analyzing, and initiating actions as needed to improve the manufacturing process. Ensure that all processes comply with the necessary quality standards and procedures. Under close supervision, inspects electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components and parts for conformance to specifications.
What a typical day looks like:
Create and maintain work instructions for new product introductions (NPI).
Develop and update inspection specifications and quality documentation.
Audit server and rack builds during NPI production phases.
Identify, document, and communicate product failures, defects, and process concerns.
Prepare reports summarizing quality findings, corrective actions, and build outcomes.
Support training activities by providing guidance on work instructions and quality requirements.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to resolve issues prior to mass production.
Assist in documenting project readiness and quality requirements before production launch..
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
Experience developing work instructions, inspection criteria, and quality documentation in a manufacturing environment.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
Experience supporting quality audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), server manufacturing, or rack integration activities preferred.
Ability to train employees, document quality findings, and support successful product launches into mass production.
