Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Analyst – WW Materials in Pune.

What a typical day looks like:   

• Ability to understand purchasing and Planning parameters & it's functionality
• Establish Project Plans. Managing project from initiation, delivery and compliance with complete ownership
• Review and maintain Project Plan and report weekly project progress status.
• Coordinate and perform UAT related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes with Business Groups/Sites.
• Collaborate with sites, regional teams, IT, and solutions teams to strengthen project governance and control
• Perform data analysis to define AS-IS vs TO-BE process states for new and existing initiatives
• Fix the noncompliance items in system for smooth supply chain process 
• Analyze process gaps and drive improvements for seamless implementation

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills in a global environment
• Ability to drive projects independently with a self-driven mindset
• Good exposure to reports, dashboards, and metrics-driven analysis
• Flexibility to work with multiple time zones and global stakeholders
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Proactive, “go-getter” approach to work
• Strong coordination and communication with global stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver against business expectations.
