To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Senior Developerlocated in Flex Guadalajara, North Site.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop and support Commercial, Contract and Quote business applications
• Create, maintain, and enhance Excel-based automation solutions using Excel Macros/VBA to support business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with business and Operations teams 
• Core JavaScript Developer for Web Applications and should be able to apply logical thinking in providing solutions
• Should be well versed with Project Life cycle and should be able to work along with multiple teams to complete deliveries
• Should be able to understand requirements and should be able to create and work on technical tasks in building the same Required Skills

Experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Hands‑on experience with C#, demonstrating strong mastery of:
• Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Design patterns and clean code practices
• Strong experience with Excel Macros / VBA, including:
• Building and maintaining complex macros
• Automating business processes and reports
• Supporting enterprise users with scalable Excel-based solutions
• Experience working with .NET / .NET Core–based applications
• Experience developing web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/Vue
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with both relational and non‑relational databases
• Hands‑on experience with front‑end technologies:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• jQuery, AJAX
• MVC architecture
• Responsive Web Design
• Familiarity with version control systems, package management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using browser developer tools and application logs
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and automation practices
• Experience with PHP is a plus
