To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

This role involves being in charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic.

What a typical day looks like:

• Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
• Checks materials related to data research.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
• Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
• Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
• Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree.
• Advanced English level.
• More than 10 years of SC management experience. 
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data for decision-making and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) 
• Sales Cycle and Customer Interaction: Understanding of sales processes and the role of supply chain in supporting customer-facing functions.
• Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans.
• Regulatory Standards: Knowledge of compliance, ethical standards, and industry regulations within supply chain management.
