Job Summary:

To support our amazing teams who create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to bring on a Tool Technician based in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Toolcrib Manager, the Tool Technician role involves working at the customer service counter for all projects, as well as managing inventories of both tools and materials. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to ensure proper service for all clients and to prevent any disruptions on the production floor.

What a typical day looks like:

• The tasks performed in this position vary depending on the business unit, location, or the product being manufactured. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provides support at the customer service counter for all projects, whether for supplying consumable materials or for the delivery/receipt of tools.

• Ensures the accuracy of inventories in our warehouses as part of the daily routine.

• Assists with supplying and transporting materials from one warehouse to another for service and distribution to the production floor.

• Helps with the maintenance service of special tools.

• Provides technical support to customers and assists the team during absences as needed.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Experience in inventory control.

• Basic knowledge of the Baan system as a materials handler.

• TSU or incomplete Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience.

• Experience in customer service and handling clients.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer operating systems.

• Experience in maintenance services for special tools.

• Availability to work flexible hours.

• Basic knowledge of local applications such as Tool Control, Shelf Life, Flex Flow, etc.
