Job Summary

Join the Communications, Enterprise and Cloud (CEC) group, the largest business unit in Flex, as the VP & GM of the Enterprise business segment. The Enterprise segment is a $2.5B P&L comprising the most well known data center infrastructure silicon and solutions vendors in the world. The goal of the VP GM Global Account Management role is to develop strategic plans to ensure successful onboarding and ramping of new programs, successful operational execution and achievement of P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow KPIs for each account in the portfolio.  This leadership position reports directly to the CEC President and engages regularly with CxO level executives within and outside of Flex.

Principle Accountabilities:

Strategy

  • Deliver highly valued design, NPI, manufacturing and end to end supply chain solutions tailored for the unique needs of enterprise customers spanning compute, storage, security, network and subsystem components
  • Develop account strategy and recognize how it contributes to larger portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to capture increased market share in line with organizational goals
  • Partner with the business development team to sell value and differentiation over price
  • Set vision, strategy and direction for organization
  • Develop and execute 3-year planning process and attainment of commitments
  • Know what business we want, and what we don't want
  • Deep knowledge of Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Business
  • Experience in Global Contract Manufacturing or OEM Outsourcing
  • Grow Revenue and Profit faster than the market
  • Build and support a healthy, diverse organization
