Job Description

The Warehouse Analyst will be based in Guadalajara North campus. It will be responsible for overseeing the regional warehouses operations performance, and for leading the diverse project implementations to achieve the improvements and standardization of the materials - warehouse - logistics processes, as well as to elaborate the executive presentations based on the operations KPI's and the projects management informs.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Lead the functional teams and SME's in the improvement and standardization projects for the Materials - Warehouse - Logistics areas.
  • Preparation of executive reports and presentations from the operations KPI's and the project management informs.
  • Self-managed, diligent and self-motivated
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Lean & 5S methodology application.
  • Effective management of resources.
  • Dynamic, focused on results.
  • Oversees the sites warehouses operations performance.
  • Initiate and conduct the corrective actions when required.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

  • Experience as project leader and/or SME in Materials - Warehouse - Logistics processes and best practices.
  • Dexterity in preparing executive reports and presentations (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Quoting and accountant knowledge.
  • Good communication skills (fluent English)
  • Self-managed, diligent and self-motivated
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Lean & 5S methodology application.
  • Effective management of resources, from the labor to the forklift fleet.
  • Collect and analyze data for KPI's.
  • Dynamic, focused on results.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

  • Requires a Bachelor degree. Requires 5 years of Materials - Warehouses - Logistics experience.
  • English: Advanced.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project: Intermediate – Advanced level.
  • Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred in warehouse environment.
  • Work process improvement.
  • Experience as team leader.
  • Organized problem solver.
  • Work under pressure.
