To support our extraordinary teams who build and support products movement and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Analyst  located in  Austin, TX.

 

The Warehouse Supervisor would be accountable  for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

 

What a typical day looks like:

 

  • Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
  • May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data. Also, may create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
  • Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources,
  • Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
  • Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
  • Responsible for process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
  • Tracks warehouse management performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Design, manage and control all data investigation tools

 

 

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 1 years of experience working for a service industry shipping or related field/ experience in materials or related field.
  • A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.
  • Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to includes processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
