Job SummaryWorkforce Planning and People Analytics Intern
This position aims to strengthen the execution, control, and analysis of positions; as well as to manage and support headcount and labor costs by working closely with Finance, HRBPs, and Operations in a global environment.
The Workforce Planning and People Analytics Intern will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Main activities of the role
- Updating and analyzing reports related to Workforce Planning
- Supporting the team in activities such as:
- Budgeting and resource planning for manufacturing
- Budgeting and resource planning for corporate functions
- Position Management in Workday
- Preparing reports and monitoring area KPIs
- Supporting process improvement and information quality initiatives
Requirements
- Degrees related to economic-administrative areas, preferably with a focus on data analysis
- Intermediate to advanced English, as work is done in a global environment
- Data management and analysis
- Technical knowledge (basic – intermediate level)
- Intermediate or intermediate-advanced management of Excel or spreadsheet
- Interest in topics related to planning, human resources, finance, or operations
- Ease in learning new systems and tools
