Job Summary This position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing the development and implementation of the statewide Care Van program including coordination with key health agencies, program development, implementation of Care Van partnerships, oversight of all travel organization and vehicle maintenance.

***This is a Hybrid position working three days per week in the Oklahoma City office and two days per week remotely.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree OR 4 years work experience in a business environment or for community service agency.
  • At least two years' experience coordinating efforts across departments/divisions of a community service organization.
  • Lead, supervisory or management experience as demonstrated through work or community involvement.
  • Ability and willingness to work very flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Experience working independently and problem solving on the spot.
  • Ability to drive and maintain a RV-type large vehicle. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills and assisting public.
  • Organizational skills and experience with managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience creating reports as required.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Managed care work experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience writing E-newsletters and annual reports strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with autonomous decision making, flexible to help where needed.
