Job Summary JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to business partners, departments, divisions, or enterprise areas and providing end-to-end support for all activities related to Sales and Marketing activities. Perform tasks include developing and managing projects; develop and facilitate training; writing system functionality; testing new development; and maintaining project plans, issue logs, and status reports. This position is also responsible for resolving escalated issues, lead or participating in the project meetings and workgroups with multiple, simultaneous projects. Manage the relationship between MARCOM and Field Sales Communications.

Responsibilities

1. Provide subject matter knowledge on all area of processing complex new and existing business to mitigate risk.
2. Develop and manage small to medium complex projects including project planning, issue logs, reports, and documentation.
3. Support and participate in large projects.
4. Lead sales forecasting and reporting efforts.
5. Develop system functionality documentation and test new functionalities.
6. Update and maintain departmental procedure manuals and various program specific manuals.
7. Respond to technical questions from staff.
8. Lead and/or participate in project meetings and workgroups. Schedule and coordinate meetings and workgroups.
9. Gather critical and/or sensitive data and disseminate it appropriately based on the overall project need and sensitivity.
10. Develop and manage relationships with ITG and internal/external client organizations within business and technical environments. Develops thorough understanding of client's organizations and ITG division and technologies.
11. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
12. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
13. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
14. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.
* Experience in the development of training materials.
* Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.
* Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to travel including overnight stays.
