Job Summary This position is responsible for assisting in gathering, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting on budget and expense data and financial performance metrics; utilizing computer assisted analytical and forecasting techniques; and preparing monthly and annual reports for internal operations. The role may require ensuring the billing accuracy of hourly contractors, services, professional services, outsourcing agreements, hardware, software, and maintenance.What Do You Need To Be Successful?
- Interest in the health insurance industry or beginning a career in Finance and/or Accounting
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Practical, developed PC skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with PowerBI or Alteryx a plus
What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Graduation date between December 2023 – June 2024
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (currently, we are not offering this position with a student visa including F1, OPT, CPT or H1B and are not accepting student work visas for this role)
