Description
Responsible for conducting limited scope testing, assisting with data collection and performing a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with engineering methods, programs and practices under the supervision of an engineer or manager.

Essential Duties:
- Learns what is expected of an Engineer in this industry
- Completes assigned tasks on time and budget while meeting technical requirements
- Complies with Engineering Playbook and best practice procedures
- Embraces initiatives
- Conducts limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers
- Gathers and assembles data for engineers
- Conducts design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers
- Assists engineers with appropriate design details
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standards
- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum of a High School diploma and must currently be enrolled in an accredited BA/BS degree program in Engineering. Preferred specializations are Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical. Junior or Senior class standing preferred.

- Possesses basic oral and written communication skills
- Works independently under supervision of others
- Possesses quality orientation and high attention to detail
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors and employees/managers at all levels within the company
