We are actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This is a hybrid position based in our St. Louis office, with on-site presence required three days per week. As the Sr. HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in providing firmwide HR support across multiple functional areas. You'll work closely with local HR teams to ensure compliant, consistent, and effective HR practices, while serving as a trusted resource for complex employee relations and workforce matters. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining strong work knowledge of federal, state, local and international employment laws and regulations, ensuring firmwide compliance and recommending updates to policies, processes and practices as needed. Understanding and coordinating the integration of domestic and international HR policies and programs, providing technical guidance and subject matter expertise to HR colleagues and leaders. Partnering with the Talent Development Manager and Legal to negotiate and coordinate recruiting agency agreements, including contracting, renewals and compliance with firm standards. Managing all aspects of employment-based immigration, serving as the firmwide point of contact for immigration counsel regional HR managers, employees, and leadership on immigrant and nonimmigrant sponsorships, extensions and compliance requirements. Managing or advising regional HR teams on all aspects of employee relocation including taxability and policy compliance. Providing full cycle HR support for business groups or disciplines as needed. Conducting and tracking trends in exit interviews. Serving as a backup and resources for regional HR teams, providing support on employee relations issues, investigations, performance management, and complex or sensitive situations as needed. Tracking, ordering, maintaining, and distributing American Express accounts, ensuring accurate assignment and compliance with firm guidelines. Administering the firms corporate travel program, serving as a primary point of contact for employees with questions regarding the firm's travel partner, coordinating resolutions as needed and proactively communicating travel advisories and policy updates to employees and leadership. Participating in local or state professional associations, maintaining active membership, and attending conferences for continued education and growth. Ensuring consistent application of firmwide HR Policies while balancing business needs, employee experience, and risk management considerations. Partnering with leaders and HR colleagues to continuously improve HR processes with an emphasis on scalability, compliance, and operational excellence. Adaptable and resilient, they are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus and professionalism. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with experience in Dayforce preferred, enabling them to support both strategic and operational HR functions effectively. What kind of education and experience are required? A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field is required; however, an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources, with prior experience in a professional services environment strongly preferred. Professional certification such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred and demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and expertise in the field.
