We are seeking a#Direct Care Educator/Trainer for our Outpatient Practices who will train future Medical Assistants, Clinical Assistants, and other ancillary roles, in our physician practices. This Educator, working with the Outpatient Educator, teaches clinical skills such as vital signs, rooming patients, documenting, and POC devices, as well as administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing department records.# This person will ensure all ancillary outpatient staff demonstrate the skills required to work in the office environment and will prepare the new hire for certification exams. REQUIREMENTS: Certified Medical Assistant with hospital approved certification within 90 days of hire; current BLS; 5 years of experience, previously worked in a physician practice with pediatrics and adults; computer skills; teaching experience preferred
