Description

The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting audit readiness, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and documentation requirements. This role works closely with associates and managers to troubleshoot inventory issues, maintain records and procedures, and support continuous improvement across warehouse and quality processes.



  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email applications.

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment in accordance with safety policies.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.

  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Through compliance instruction and systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping, superior organizational skills are critical.


 


 


Essential Duties:



  • Ensures audit preparedness.

  • Troubleshoots cases with issues.

  • Updates and maintains the training matrix for all associates.

  • Maintains all records and written procedures of quality systems, including standard operating procedures and monthly quality training.

  • Ensures all SOPs are up to date and reviewed as required.

  • Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication comply with quality requirements.

  • Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits is current.

  • Reports and informs associates of corrective actions that comply with quality control requirements.

  • Reports safety non-conformance issues.

  • Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all accounts.

  • Identifies, researches, and corrects unique inventory occurrences.

  • Investigates inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determines root cause.

  • Uses warehouse and inventory systems such as Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan.

  • Follows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and reports noncompliance when observed.

  • Observes all company safety rules and assists in enforcement as appropriate.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Schedule:



  • Sunday- Wednesday

  • 7:00 a.m.-5:30pm


Compensation:



  • $22.50 per hour

  • $1.50 shift differential for hours worked

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
