Position Overview
ID Logistics is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (individual contributor) to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and drive scalable hiring strategies that support our continued growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment for highly technical roles including engineering, IT, and operational support positions across multiple locations. This individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in recruitment best practices, compliance, and process improvement, while also overseeing key administrative elements of the hiring process, including background check initiation, review, and investigations as needed.

Work Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule before and after scheduled days/hours as needed.
Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $90,000-$100,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
Travel: up to 15%

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Develop and implement creative and effective recruiting strategies to attract high-performing talent across technical, professional, and operational functions.
- Build, manage, and maintain robust candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives.
- Lead and mentor recruitment team projects to ensure consistent delivery and performance excellence.
- Initiate, review, and manage background checks, including escalation or investigation of any findings as appropriate.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage technology, automation, and data to enhance efficiency in recruiting operations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations as well as internal hiring policies and procedures.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects ID Logistics’ values and brand.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including job postings, candidate tracking, and accurate recordkeeping within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience within a talent acquisition role, including at least 3 years focused on highly technical roles (e.g., engineering, IT, and automation) and operational support functions within a complex, multi-site organization.
- 1+ year of demonstrated experience leading or managing projects within a Talent Acquisition function (e.g., system implementations, process optimization, training rollout, or analytics initiatives).
- Demonstrated success leading or managing full cycle recruiting processes from requisition to onboarding.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, EEO compliance, and best practices in recruitment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading recruitment efforts within the logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
- Background in process improvement, recruiting automation, or technology-enabled hiring tools.
- Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
