Minimum Requirements:

*2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
*Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
*Ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams effectively
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
*1st and 2nd shift positions available
Line Leads:
*Preferred 1 year of experience in a production environment.
*Strong oral and written communications skills.
*Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
