• Join a dedicated IT infrastructure team that is tasked with implementing new and exciting technologies that drive our business efficiencies and support our employees and customer revenue stream. Monitors and tracks service impacting changes in the Enterprise infrastructure
• Lead a team of technicians on monitoring and provisioning tasks.
• Monitor and analyze incident alerts regarding outages or degradation in infrastructure components and services affecting the Enterprise using monitoring tools
• Perform VM deployment and other repeatable IT infrastructure provisioning tasks.
• Work with IT Operations teams during the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of infrastructure or software 
• Assist with the development and maintenance of standard operation monitoring and provisioning procedures
• Create Daily Operations Monitoring Report. Perform trend analysis and create reports, as requested

You should definitely have:

• 5 years of IT experience
• 1 – 2 years of people management
• Systems Administration experience on Windows and Linux servers
• Familiarity with ticketing tools – ServiceNow, Remedy, etc
• Experience with system and infrastructure monitoring tools – Argent, ManageEngine, vCenter, Nagios, Oracle OEM, Whatsup Gold, Prometheus, etc
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills, ability to take technical direction and prioritize tasks
• English Fluency required- please submit a resume in English 
• Organize and conduct staff meetings, train, and supervise personnel

It would be nice if you had:

• Certifications in Windows Server & Linux, Networking Technologies
• Good understanding of TCP/IP and ability to understand and assist in solving network server problems or network infrastructure issues
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture and general knowledge of multiple technical disciplines
• Experience analyzing needs of company as well as employee development
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
