What are we looking for?
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance of fleet vehicles and test equipment, including overhead cranes, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, etc. as well as buildings and grounds.
Shift/Schedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday, 8-5

What you'll do:
- Follow and enforce all safety requirements and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
- Diagnose, rebuild, and repair vehicles and equipment
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Prepare and maintain records and reports
- Execute work orders and work independently
- Perform other work as required

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years directly related experience working with electrical systems (including computerized induction/ignition systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems), HVAC and building systems, welding, and power and hand tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record (required)
- Must possess (or be capable of obtaining) and maintain a DOT medical examiner's certificate to drive a company commercial vehicle, if applicable
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
- Training in vehicle/construction equipment repair preferred
- Craft apprenticeship or equivalent production maintenance experience
- Mechanical skills, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in vehicle, equipment and building repair and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders in the English language
- General understanding of building construction techniques
- Knowledge of the tools and equipment required to perform job duties, and experience using power and hand tools
