Enterprise Account Manager

Location(s): Waltham, MA | New York City, NY

The Account Management Team's job is to drive an exceptional customer experience while ensuring sustained success with SS&C Intralinks products and solutions. You will work alongside a diverse, talented, and highly motivated global team who all share a primary focus on customer success.

As an Account Manager you are responsible for Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and will secure long-term client relationships, drive adoption of the SS&C Intralinks platform, and help customers achieve their desired business outcomes.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Own the overall relationship with assigned clients across all SS&C Intralinks product lines

  • Proactively manage each customer's business needs and environments - actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and generate referrals

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly renewal revenue targets, striving for a high percentage of on-time revenue retention

  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis

  • Maintain high-touch relationship with clients by communicating with them regularly regarding open projects, cases, etc

  • Manage key contacts relationships while leading renewal contract negotiations

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of software sales experience

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers of all levels

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Track record for consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and driven

  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce

  • Previous experience with SaaS

  • Experience in the financial services industry

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: $100,000 plus commission USD to $120,000 plus commission USD.
