Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based 
Full-Time | Fallbrook, CA | $50-$55 per Hour Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Fallbrook, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation

• $50-$55 per hour

Position Details

• School Year: August 10, 2026 - May 28, 2027
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 7 billable hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Onsite services only

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
• Train, coach, and mentor school staff
• Supervise staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
• Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
• Travel between school sites as needed

Student Population

• Preschool through Grade 8
• General Education and Special Education settings
• Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Emotional Disturbance (ED)
• Other Health Impairments (OHI)
• Medically fragile students
• Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations

• School-based experience
