Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based Part-Time with Growth to Full-Time | Livermore, CA | $65-$68 per Hour

Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Livermore, CA area. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time position, supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation

  • $65-$68 per hour
  • Part-time with opportunity for full-time growth

Position Details
  • Part-time with opportunity to transition to full-time
  • Monday-Friday
  • School-based schedule
  • Onsite services only
What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
  • Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff
  • Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
  • Travel between school sites as needed
Student Population
  • Preschool through Adult Transition Programs
  • General Education and Special Education settings
  • Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Emotional Disturbance (ED)
  • Other Health Impairments (OHI)
  • Medically fragile students
  • Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
Preferred Qualifications
  • School-based experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
