Key Purpose
As a Regional Account Manager, you will serve as a visible, strategic leader, guiding multiple account operations while fostering a culture that is both people-first and performance-driven.
You will:
- Lead and develop Area Managers and site teams
- Align operations across accounts to deliver consistent, high-impact results
- Drive performance through ISS/Guckenheimer standards, innovation, and best practices
- Champion a culture rooted in safety, quality, and exceptional client experience

What You Bring
- 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food service
- Proven success managing complex operations with P&L accountability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first approach
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and lead through complexity
- A passion for delivering outstanding client and employee experiences
Key Accountabilities
Financial Leadership
- Achieve regional financial targets and client subsidy goals
- Manage ROCA and inventory performance
Client & Customer Experience
- Maintain high visibility with clients
- Deliver on the Customer Bill of Rights with excellence
Operational Excellence
- Lead and enforce safety-first culture (HSEQ)
- Ensure compliance with ISS programs: Safety, Standards, Creativity, Workers Comp
- Drive innovation in merchandising and service delivery
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to purchasing and accounting standards
- Maintain full compliance with ISS policies and procedures
Leadership & Communication
- Build strong, positive relationships across teams

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Come to work appropriately dressed according to the dress code
- Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $165000.00 per year - $183000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
