We are looking for Special Education Transitions Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lynchburg, VA, and we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey!

Qualifications:  

• Holds a K-12 Special Education Teaching License in the state of Virginia
• Must hold a full, non-provisional Virginia licensure by August 2025
• Preferred: Experience supporting students with disabilities in high school settings, especially during transition planning
• Valid Virginia driver's license required, as the role may include transporting students for community-based or vocational activities
• Background in developing post-secondary transition plans, vocational training, community-based instruction, and life skills programming
