The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based position in the greater Washington, D.C. area! The RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
What You'll Do
- Support individual student needs (2 BTs:1 Student)
- Data collection and documentation
- Implement BIPs and EIPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA Program Manager
- Respond to crisis intervention

What We're Looking For
- BRBT certificate in good standing with the BACB
- 2+ years' RBT experience working with adolescent population
