Clinical Supervisor (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC) - Remote, 

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $50/hour

About Us

Our organization partners with school districts to provide vital mental health services tailored to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). We support over 1,000 students across 35 districts, and we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to guide and mentor our counseling team while ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

Supervision and Leadership

  • Deliver weekly individual and group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical guidelines 
  • Support the growth of clinical staff by providing mentorship and evidence-based training 
  • Provide additional support to your team as needed throughout the week 

Compliance and Quality Control

  • Oversee case documentation, perform audits, and ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory guidelines 

Program Development

  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of mental health initiatives that meet school and community needs 

Staff Evaluation and Performance 
  • Conduct performance assessments, deliver constructive feedback, and oversee annual staff evaluations 

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Licensure

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling 
  • Active California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist 

Experience 
  • At least two years of post-licensure experience; supervisory experience preferred 
  • Familiarity with diverse populations and diagnoses 
  • Prior experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred

  • Strong ability to train, motivate, and guide a team toward success
