The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in Newton, NC. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Support chronic condition management
- Provide first aid and medication administration
- Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
- Document care and communicate with school teams
- Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN License
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Requirements (must have): School based experience, diabetic management, seizure monitoring, trach care/suctioning, G tubes, J tube, med pass
- Additional Skills (preferred, not required): Pediatrics, O2 monitoring, VNS, vent, EpiPen, Diastat, catheterizations
