The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in New Providence, NJ. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Support chronic condition management
- Provide first aid and medication administration
- Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
- Document care and communicate with school teams
- Help maintain a safe, health-focused school environment
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN License
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with pediatrics or school health preferred
- Requirements (must have): O2 monitoring, seizure monitoring, medication administration
- Additional skills: G-tubes, VNS, trach care/suctioning, vent management, diabetic care, epi pen, diastat, J-tube, catheterizations
