Kelly Services seeks a Network Deployment Analyst to join our growing team.  Responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and supporting network deployment projects.

• Coordinate and execute network deployment projects, including new installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Work directly with customers to understand deployment requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with telecommunications vendors such as Teleco, S2S Communications, and AT&T, including support for AT&T ANIRA solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance using WhatsUp Gold.
• Manage IP address spaces using Infoblox.
• Implement and manage secure access control with Cisco ISE.
• Support secure internet and cloud access through Zscaler deployments.
• Configure and maintain Aruba networking hardware, including wireless and licensing needs.
• Assist in the deployment and integration of SunPrint infrastructure automation tools.
• Implement and support unified communication platforms, including RingCentral and Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support during and after deployments, ensuring minimal downtime and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security requirements.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in network deployment or network engineering roles.
• Proficient in using WhatsUp Gold, Infoblox, and Cisco ISE.
• Experience with Zscaler, Aruba networks, AT&T ANIRA, SunPrint, RingCentral, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience working with telecom and IT vendors, including Teleco, S2S Communications, and AT&T.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with modern network security practices and compliance requirements.
