Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in EMEA region!


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead responsible for overseeing Blue/White Collar hiring for our Client, a global power solutions leader and manufacturer, known for its wide range of products including diesel, natural gas, electric, and hybrid powertrains, as well as power generation systems and related components. This individual will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in recruitment across regions including Germany, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, and the Nordics. Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage. The role also encompasses approximately 60% responsibility in managing a team of six experienced recruiters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and coach a team of recruitment specialists, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Actively involved in white/blue collar hiring.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with regional regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners, across white/blue collar hiring, to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in engineering/manufacturing recruitment, preferably in a multi-regional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills: proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial.
  • Relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate and manage nuanced messages across different stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in team management and ability to lead and inspire recruitment specialists.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with various recruiting technologies and platforms, with experience of leading change management would be preferable.
