We're currently supporting one of our global clients and are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Senior Recruiter to lead high-impact hiring across multiple functions. This is a primarily remote role, with hybrid flexibility on a case-by-case basis. Candidates based in São Paulo, Brazil are preferred. 

What You'll Do 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse mix of roles, with a heavy focus on exempt professional and technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Source, assess, and engage top talent through proactive market research, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Manage interviews, selection processes, and candidate communications with a people-first mindset.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to measure performance and continuously enhance recruiting operations.

What We're Looking For 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting a mix of roles with strong emphasis on exempt hiring.
  • Proven success managing stakeholders, driving results, and delivering talent in fast-paced or project-based environments.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems and proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting metrics.
  • Must be based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred) and open to hybrid collaboration when needed.

Work Environment 

  • Primarily remote with hybrid flexibility (São Paulo preferred).
  • Partnership-based RPO model supporting a global client.
  • All necessary tools and laptop will be provided.
