Access Services Representative
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote

The Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) Access Management and Control team has an exciting opportunity for an Access Services Representative. This role offers a chance to grow your career in the banking and financial industry while working in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to ensure inquiries and requests are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Process service tickets and access requests accurately within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage change activities while minimizing risk to the business environment.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve service delivery issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy across all access management processes.
  • Support continuous improvements in operational procedures and user experience.

Must-Have Skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude with openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an operational or financial environment.
