The OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team and help lead a rebuild of the Minneapolis market. This role requires a consultative relationship builder who thrives on hunting for new business and enjoys building lasting partnerships with clients.

Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

Compensation Potential: Competitive commission structure with significantly higher earning potential

Location: 100% in-office with the majority of time spent out in the field canvassing, networking, and meeting with prospective clients

What You'll Do-
Develop new business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin local businesses.

Expand and retain existing customer accounts to increase market share and profitability.

Create and present customized proposals, contracts, and pricing models.

Deliver a consultative sales approach, providing workforce solutions that address client needs.

Build strong relationships through networking, field canvassing, and consistent client engagement.

Drive sales activity to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

2+ years of staffing agency sales experience required

Strong track record of consultative sales and business development.

High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a market.

Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and networking to generate new business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of competitive staffing trends and market conditions.

Ability to work daily in-office and spend most of the time in the field meeting prospective clients.
