Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $45,000/year
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and contributing to our team's success. Your key responsibilities include:

Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with both team members and clients.

Coordinating logistics for meetings and events to ensure seamless operations.

Processing tax returns and assisting with paperwork management.

Managing a multi-line phone system and distributing emails for timely communication.

Building strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in-person.

Scanning documents and maintaining a paperless office while managing multiple databases.

Assisting with social media and newsletter postings to engage clients and the community.

Thriving in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and multitasking with ease.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. We're looking for someone who can:

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office roles.

Key Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Team Player: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks effectively.
