Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours:8-hour shift with OT. 8am-5pm 
must be able to have a flexible overtime availability.
Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 an hour.

We are actively searching for an onsite an Allocation and Wave Planner, you will responsible to release and manage orders to the warehouse and resolve any issues as they arise under the direction of the Sr Allocation and Wave Planner. This is onsite office role that requires the constant communication with warehouse shipping & packaging, warehouse logistics as well as our customer care departments ensuring there is constant flow of communication. 

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Responsible for keeping the operations teams busy with work or advising when work is limited
  • Works with Customer Service Representatives to ensure all orders are planned and prioritized in order to meet or exceed customer schedules
  • Responsible for allocating orders, releasing work to the floor, balancing workflow and ensuring individual orders are correctly prioritized and managed
  • Ensures replenishments are communicated and required action taken in timely fashion.
  • Research and resolves held short and held format allocation orders to resolution.
  • Investigate and solve workflow issues using knowledge of all warehouse operations.
  • Effectively communicates issues and directions to associates.
  • Monitors released orders as they progress through the Pick, Pack and Ship process communicating with the respective functional Supervisor of any delays in processing.
  • Compile data from ERP and WMS System and report as needed in support of key performance indicator monitoring.
  • Run daily orders released reports and ensures proper processing to close and deliver orders.
  • Ability to assist and resolve complex/problem situations; provide system matter expertise; assists with training and instructing co-workers regarding operational procedures.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-5 years of related experience required
  • Microsoft Office Experience Required. Must have knowledge and ability to extract date from warehouse management system and perform basic functions to analyze data.
  • Netsuite Experience a Plus
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work through complex projects and provide detailed updates.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to ask questions when directions are needed
  • Motivates other team members
