AR CLERK / Front Office Administrative Associate (Temp – Long Term)
Location: Commerce & Cerritos, CA (must be able to work both locations due to relocation)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30PM | 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk to support AR functions while also assisting with light front office/reception duties. This is a dual-role, long-term temporary opportunity ideal for someone with strong invoice processing, data handling, and Excel skills who can adapt during a location transition. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Support
  • Process, review, and reference invoices accurately
  • Gather, filter, format, and mine data related to invoicing and payments
  • Post invoices and ensure correct invoice numbering and documentation
  • Download invoices in PDF format and distribute to suppliers
  • Upload invoices to supplier portals as required
  • Support supplier inquiries related to invoices and documentation
  • Maintain organized electronic records for audit and reference purposes
Administrative / Front Office Support
  • Provide front office and reception coverage with a low volume of walk-in visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Systems & Technical Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP / ASP systems preferred
  • Familiarity with T-Codes is a plus
  • Comfortable working with PDFs, portals, and electronic documentation
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting Support, or Administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage dual responsibilities
  • Reliable and adaptable, especially during relocation between sites
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
