Kelly Services, in partnership with POLARIS, a Global leader in powersports equipment, is currently hiring Assemblers at their ROSEAU, MN locationOutdoor Living Magazine ranked Roseau 20th best city in the nation for outdoor enthusiast to live.

Polaris covers employee housing (details below)! We're also offering Sign-on Bonus up to $2,500:

  • 30 day housing provided will be in either hotel (potentially up to 1 hour away depending on availability) or Polaris owned housing in Roseau (depending on availability) at the discretion of Polaris Industries.
  • Housing accommodations do require a card on file for incidentals and potentially a minimum of a $200 deposit
  • Candidates will be required to sign a temporary housing agreement
  • Housing accommodations do NOT allow pets.

Pay: $20.01/hour, can earn up to $24.92 with experience
Bonuses: Up to $2,500 paid out through out your first year

Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm (must be available for OT as needed)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45pm- 1:45am (must be available for OT as needed)
  • 12 hour Shifts: Work either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am  

What does a typical day as an Assembler at Polaris look like?
You will:
  • Install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line
  • Perform checks and inspections to ensure Polaris quality standards across all products
  • Utilize various power tools, hoists, and production equipment to build products

Job Qualifications:
  • Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but training could be provided
  • Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand throughout duration of your shift and bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat as required
