Assembler (Springtown, TX)

Kelly Services – Skilled Professional Solutions (SPS) is currently seeking an Assembler for one of our top clients in Springtown, TX.  This is a temp to hire opportunity.  The role is onsite.  The schedule is M-F, 7am – 3:30pm with the potential for OT. 

As an Assembler placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client's onsite operations.  Primary responsibilities will include tearing down machines, assembling parts of machines, and assembling the whole machine itself.  Duties will vary depending on where you are assigned.  You'll work with small parts to large parts and use manual and battery-operated hand tools.  You'll have standard work instructions for all responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will have previous experience in plants/assembly lines.  Small engine, automotive, or heavy equipment experience is highly preferred.  Candidates with an aptitude for tools/mechanical ability will also be considered.  Any tinkering at home is applicable here.  A self-starter, with a team player mentality, is critical for success in this role.

Job Requirements:
•            6 plus months of plant/assembly experience, highly preferred       
•            Small engine, automotive, or heavy equipment experience, highly preferred.       
•            Demonstrated aptitude for tools/mechanical ability, if lacking plant/assembly experience, required.   
•            Self-starter, reliable, with team player mentality, required.
