Assembly Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $25.74/hour
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

What you'll be doing:
• Operate two high-speed automated production machines
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Ensure machines are stocked with components and supplies
• Complete product changeovers quickly and efficiently
• Respond to machine stops and collaborate with maintenance staff

This job might be a great fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have previous experience operating automated production equipment
• Can lift 15 lbs. repetitively and up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Are comfortable standing for up to 12 hours
• Work well independently and as part of a team
