A Shift - Pay $17 hour
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (required OT on weekend as needed) 

B Shift - Pay: $18.00 hour 
Tuesday - Friday, 6 pm - 6:00 am (required OT on weekend as needed) 
 


What's a typical day as a Production Operator? You'll be: 

  • Operating a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines 

  • Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics 

  • Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures 

  • Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures 

  • Involvement in continuous improvement process 

 

   This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds on a regular basis - they have lift assists for the sunroofs? 

  • Physical ability - sit, twist bend, lift, reach, stand? 

  • Ability to meet production requirements as specified by continuously working at a fast pace? 

  • Ability to stand on a regular basis to operate machinery? 

  • Reliable transportation

  • High School Diploma or GED required 

  • 1year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred. 

  • 1 year of steady work history 

  • Valid Driver license
