Job Title: Assembly Worker (Short-Term Assignment)
Location: Enfield, CT
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Start Date: December 1st
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Assignment Length: Through the end of the year, with potential extension into January
We are seeking two detail-oriented and patient Assembly Workers in Enfield, CT to support the careful gluing and assembly of product sets. This position requires strong focus, accuracy, and the ability to follow specific instructions consistently. The physical demands are minimal, though some individuals may experience light strain in the back or hands due to repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities-
Assemble and glue product sets according to established standards

Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Meet quality expectations and daily productivity goals

Participate in initial training and evaluation during the first day of the assignment

Excellent attention to detail

Patience and comfort with repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time

Ability to perform light physical work (difficulty level approx. 3/5)

Willingness to receive feedback and meet performance expectations

The assignment begins with a Day 1 training and evaluation period

Candidates who perform well will remain on the assignment through the end of the year
