Job Title: Store Maintenance – Manager
Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid – some remote work)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $33.87/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm

Join Our Team!
We're looking for two experienced Store Maintenance Managers to support our client's retail locations in NYC. In this hybrid role, you'll lead maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our stores stay up and running efficiently. What You'll Do:

  • Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned stores
  • Manage vendor performance and costs
  • Conduct store inspections and handle urgent repairs
  • Track maintenance budgets and approve quotes/invoices
  • Communicate with store teams and leadership
  • Use work order management systems (Service Channel experience a plus)
  What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years' experience in store/facilities maintenance
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Vendor management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; facility software a plus
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Flexible for on-call or after-hours needs
  • Able to pass screening requirements
